Falcons Fly To Frozen Frontier For First Round Frenzy

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University hockey team will head back to Alaska this weekend, facing the Nanooks for the second time this season in Fairbanks. Being the first round of the WCHA playoffs, the series will be the best of three. Friday and Saturday are set for 11:07 p.m. EST puck drops while Sunday will be 9:07 p.m. EST, if necessary.

Having just faced the Falcons in Fairbanks three weeks ago, the Nanooks swept Alaska Anchorage for the Governor's Cup last weekend, winning 5-2 and 6-1.
