Four different players scored goals as the Bowling Green State University men's soccer shut down Purdue Fort Wayne, 4-0, Tuesday night (Oct. 22). The non-conference match was held at Cochrane Stadium.
The Falcons, now 8-5-1 on the year, scored twice in each half and outshot the Mastodons, 28-5, in the win. Sophomore Kale Nichols scored what would prove to be the winning goal with nearly 28 minutes gone, off of a seeing-eye pass by senior Charlie Maciejewski. Junior Chris Sullivan was involved in each of the next three BGSU goals, as he had a goal and two assists on the night.
