Crusaders' comeback leads to 95-90 decision
Madisen Parker's career scoring day and Caterrion Thompson's first collegiate double-double were not enough on Sunday afternoon (Nov. 24), as the Bowling Green State University women's basketball team lost for the first time this season. The Falcons fell, 95-90 in overtime, to Valparaiso University at the Athletics-Recreation Center.
Parker, a junior, scored a game- and career-high 28 points vs. the Crusaders, while Thompson, a fourth-year Falcon, had 16 points and a career-high 12 rebounds on Sunday.
