BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University hockey team built a 3-0 and permitted a season-low 12 shots on goal en route to a 3-1 victory over Alabama-Huntsville on Saturday night (Dec. 9). Alec Rauhauser, Connor McDonald, and Stephen Baylis each scored for the Falcons, while Ryan Bednard made 11 saves. The victory gives BGSU a four-point weekend following Friday night's 3-3 tie against the Chargers. Bowling Green's record is now 8-5-6 overall and 7-2-5-2 in Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) contests. With 28 points, the Falcons maintain first place by one point over Minnesota State.
