The Falcons defeated Northern Illinois in the semifinals, 4-0-1, before knocking off Florida Gulf Coast in a playoff to win the title.
Jessica Madry won her playoff hole to give the Falcons their first championship at the event. The match-play event was hosted by Bowling Green in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. It was an incredibly successful trip for BGSU, as the Falcons won the Spring Cup Challenge on Feb.
