BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University baseball team moved to 3-0 at home on Friday (March 24), topping the Miami (OH) RedHawks 5-2 at Steller Field. Miami lit the scoreboard first with two runs in the top of the fourth, but the Falcons quickly responded in the bottom half with a two-run home run, tying the game at 2-2. The scoreboard was silent again until the seventh inning when an infield single by pushed the Orange and Brown in front 3-2. The Falcons added two insurance runs in the eighth to clinch the 5-2 win.
