BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University’s hockey practice Oct. 19 and home game against Western Michigan the following day were a little out of the ordinary for Ty Eigner.
But the BGSU coach and former player for the Falcons was more than happy to be back with his team.
Eigner said during a press conference Wednesday he was grateful to have returned. He was reinstated two weeks ago after being placed on paid administrative leave following an investigation into alleged hazing at an off-campus event involving student athletes on the team.
Eigner was away from the team for just over one month after being placed on administrative leave Sept.
