The Mid-American Conference ballgame was played at EMU's Oestrike Stadium on Sunday (April 7) afternoon.
Bowling Green drops to 11-16 on the season with the loss. The Falcons are 5-4 in Mid-American Conference play. Eastern Michigan moves to 7-24-1 (2-7 MAC) with the win.
Eastern Michigan quickly took a 2-0 lead with a two-run second. The Eagles would go on to tack on insurance runs in the fourth and eighth innings.
