DEKALB, Ill. — Elissa Brett recorded 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Bowling Green women's basketball team to a 66-50 win at Northern Illinois on Saturday.
Brett hit 3-pointers on back-to-back possessions in the third quarter to help lift the Falcons (18-2, 7-1 MAC) to their seventh straight victory.
Brett was 5 of 10 from the 3-point line in the game and 8 of 20 overall from the field.
Jocelyn Tate added 15 points and six rebounds for Bowling Green as the Falcons never trailed in the game.
The game was tied once at 3, but Bowling Green immediately went on a 15-0 run to take control of the contest.
