BOWLING GREEN — Once again, flawed defense on an opposing guard struck down Bowling Green State University’s men’s basketball team.
The Falcons permitted 58 second-half points and 30 total to guard Sincere Carry in a 91-83 defeat to Kent State in Mid-American Conference action at the Stroh Center on Saturday evening.
“Thought we didn’t defend the way we’re capable of,” BGSU coach Michael Huger said. “It’s frustrating on the defensive end when you don’t execute the way you’re supposed to, and that’s the game right there. We got to do a better job. got to continue to work, got to continue to get better, improve on the defensive end.
