BOWLING GREEN — A 12-day layoff did some good for Bowling Green’s men’s basketball team.
The well-rested Falcons played with fire and energy in forcing 20 turnovers, scoring 24 points off of them, and holding down Robert Morris for a 100-74 nonconference victory on Sunday at the Stroh Center.
“I thought we put it together today,” Falcons coach Michael Huger said. “We played hard from start to finish. We built on a lead that we had at halftime. Usually we tend to let teams back into the game, we relax. We didn’t relax today. We went hard from start to finish, and that’s all that I can ask from my team.
