MONTREAL — Don McHenry had 17 points and Rodney Howard scored 16 to lead Western Kentucky to a 72-65 victory over Bowling Green State University in the Northern Classic men's basketball tournament at Place Bell Arena on Friday night.
The Falcons lose for the third straight game, dropping their record to 2-3. BGSU will face Lipscomb on Saturday and Canisius on Sunday. The Falcons have lost to Oakland and Bellarmine in their previous two games.
Against Western Kentucky (4-1), BGSU's Marcus Hill had 29 points to lead the team. He was 10 for 14 from the floor, and 8 for 12 from the free-throw line.
