BOWLING GREEN — Matt McDonald’s Bowling Green State University football career didn’t end the way he wanted.
McDonald had to leave the Quick Lane Bowl midway through the first quarter after he was drilled on the hip during a running play and hit his head hard on the sideline.
The former three-year starting quarterback for the Falcons got one more chance to put on the orange and brown in northwest Ohio and showcase his talents with a solid pro day performance.
