HOUGHTON, Mich. — Seth Fyten scored two second-period goals to lift the Bowling Green State University hockey team to a 5-2 victory at Michigan Tech on Friday night.
Bowling Green's Nathan Burke opened the scoring 12:37 into the first period.
Michigan Tech answered with a goal from Kyle Kukkonen 18:09 into the period.
Fyten scored a quick goal a minute into the second period, and added another 16:22 into the period to give the Falcons control of the game with a 3-1 lead.
In the third period, Bowling Green added on to its lead with goals from Ryan O'Hara and Alex Barber.
