BEMIDJI, Minn. — The Bowling Green State University hockey team fell 2-1 on Saturday night to Bemidji State to split a two-game road series with the Beavers.
The Falcons (3-1-2) won 3-2 over the Beavers on Friday night.
On Saturday, Bemidji State got two goals in the second period to build a lead. Lukas Sillinger scored with 4:20 left in the period and Alex Ierullo added another tally with 1:06 remaining.
Austen Swankler scored a goal for Bowling Green with 36 seconds left in the game, but that was as close as the Falcons would get.
