BOWLING GREEN — The Bowling Green University hockey team controls its destination destiny.
The task is clear: Sweep Lake Superior State, and the Falcons host the first round of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association tournament.
“We still hold our own if we want home ice,” BGSU forward Sam Craggs said. “As long as we go up there and take care of business, we can still have home ice for the first playoff series. We’re trying not to look past that, but if you look at the rankings, we know we’re probably either going to play [Lake Superior] State or Northern Michigan just based on how the seeding’s going to work out.
