Bowling Green extends best Stroh Center start with another win

BOWLING GREEN — The Stroh Center has been an especially welcome sight for Bowling Green this season.

The Falcons stayed perfect on their home court this season with a 73-52 defeat of Western Carolina on Friday afternoon.

The Falcons are now 6-0 at home compared to an 0-5 mark in true road games.

What happened: Three Falcons scored in double figures, led by Justin Turner with 21 points, as Bowling Green improved to 7-5 on the season.

Demajeo Wiggins fell just short of a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds for Bowling Green, while Antwon Lillard added 12 points and seven rebounds off the bench.
