BEMIDJI, Minn. - The No. 5 Bowling Green State University hockey team came up short against Bemidji State on Thursday night (Jan. 21) in a 2-1 final. scored the lone goal for the Falcons while tallied 36 saves between the pipes. The win is the first on the road for the Falcons this season and moves their record to 14-3 on the season. Since the game was a non-conference matchup, Bowling Green still remains 1-1 in the WCHA.
Next Home Game: The Falcons will return to the Slater Family Ice Arena on Jan. 29 and 30 to host Michigan Tech in a two-game WCHA series.
