BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Tyler Ross was hit by pitch with the bases loaded in the 10th inning to elevate the Bowling Green State University baseball team over the NIU Huskies, 5-4, on Saturday afternoon (May 13) at Steller Field. BGSU clinches the series while improving to to 18-28, 11-15 MAC, while NIU falls to 8-40, 4-21 MAC.
The extra inning heroics started when Justin Fugitt doubled down the right field line to start off the 10th inning. He held at third when Sam Seidel followed with a single to right field.
