MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. — Bowling Green State University’s men’s basketball team got up big early and rolled over Central Michigan 83-61 for a Mid-American Conference victory on Tuesday at McGuirk Arena.
The Falcons evened their overall record at 10-10, and moved to 4-3 in the MAC.
Bowling Green’s Leon Ayers III had a game-high 24 points, making of 8 of 12 attempts overall and 5 of 6 at the 3-point line. Samari Curtis had 19 points and six rebounds.
BGSU led 5-4 two minutes in before unleashing an 11-0 run over the next four minutes of play, with four points coming from Brenton Mills.
