BOWLING GREEN — As a coach, there are times when a touchdown arises from a perfectly-timed play call that catches a defense in the wrong personnel, wrong formation, or forces them to guess incorrectly.
Then there are times when a great player creates six points out of thin air.
For Central Catholic coach Greg Demsey, one of his favorite plays by Tae'Shaun Johnson falls squarely in the latter category. The Fighting Irish wide receiver, who recently committed to Bowling Green, had a breakout junior season in 2019 in which he showed big-play ability from the start.
