BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University’s offensive line isn’t quite where coach Scot Loeffler wants it to be, but there’s no question how much the unit’s development has helped the Falcons this season.
Especially in an area that Loeffler harped on during the offseason.
The Falcons’ rushing attack has made significant strides this year, and a cohesive group along the line has been a key part of it. The biggest improvement in the trenches from the past couple seasons when BGSU ranked near or at the bottom of the Mid-American Conference in rushing, to being in the top half of the league through seven games of the 2023 campaign, has been trusting one another to execute their roles.
