BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University baseball program captured a 13-9 win on Sunday (April 3) at Steller Field over the Akron Zips to win the four-game weekend series. After falling in the first game of the series, the Falcons took both games of Saturday's (April 2) doubleheader before clinching the series with this win. Bowling Green is now winners of three straight and four of the last five.
Kyle Gurney, Nathan Archer and Justin Fugitt paced the Falcons in the victory, each logging a home run in the effort.
