BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University’s women’s basketball team are still embracing the chance at postseason play.
After coming up short of a Mid-American Conference title and NCAA tournament berth in Saturday’s 73-58 loss to Toledo in the league championship, BGSU will shift its focus to the Women’s National Invitation Tournament. The Falcons (27-6) will host Liberty (24-8) in a first-round game at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Stroh Center.
