CLEVELAND — Bowling Green State University and Ball State were about as evenly matched as it could get when the two teams squared off this season.
Don’t expect much to change in the third showdown.
After splitting the regular-season series in games decided by single digits, No. 2 seed BGSU (26-5) will look to win the rubber match against No. 3 Ball State (25-7) in a Mid-American Conference women’s basketball semifinal on Friday at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
“What I love to say this time of the year is, if you’re still playing, you’re playing good basketball,” BGSU coach Robyn Fralick said.
