BOWLING GREEN — In the middle of a rebuild like the one Bowling Green women’s basketball is currently undertaking, there are bound to be games like the one against Central Michigan on Wednesday night.
Against a more experienced CMU team, who last season made it to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament, the Falcons were simply overmatched in their second-worst loss of the season, a 92-54 defeat.
The only loss worse than this one was a 41-point road defeat at the hands of Northern Illinois earlier this month.
The Falcons had two players score in double-figures.
