Dayton, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University tennis team completed day one at the Wright State Raider Invitational with two doubles flight champions and all members of the team winning the first round of their respected singles flights.
In doubles, sophomore Paula Comella and freshman Marharita-Sophia Tavpash teamed up in flight one. Comella and Tavpash downed UNOH's Schneider and Reshetnikova in the first round, 7-6(5). The duo then swept through their match with
Kawamoto and Marchant of Dayton, 6-0. Comella and Tavpash claimed the flight championship title by defeating Wright State's Culbertson and Turner, 6-1.
