LAREDO, Texas – The Bowling Green State University men's golf team will open up the spring portion of the schedule this week at the Border Olympics in Laredo, Texas. The Houston-hosted event will span two days, starting Monday (Feb. 14) and concluding Tuesday (Feb. 15) at the Laredo Country Club with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. The two-day competition will include 54 holes of play. Scoring will consist of five players, counting the four lowest scores for each team across the 7,375-yard course.

The Border Olympics will feature a field of 15 teams with Bowling Green being the lone participant from the Mid-American Conference.
