BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University’s men’s basketball team ended its nine-game losing streak with an 88-68 Mid-American Conference win over Eastern Michigan on Tuesday at the Stroh Center in Bowling Green.
BGSU, which last won on Jan. 24 at Central Michigan, improved to 11-19 (5-12) and remained in the hunt for the eighth and final spot in next week’s MAC tournament. Eastern Michigan dropped to 8-22 (5-12).
Samari Curtis poured in a game-high 25 points with five assists, while Rashaun Agee added 18 points and 11 rebounds for BGSU. Leon Ayers III scored 11 points.
