BOWLING GREEN — Louisville and Bowling Green agreed to a one-game contract for the two football programs to play during the 2025 season.
The agreement was announced Tuesday.
Bowling Green will travel to Louisville on Sept. 20, 2025, two weeks after the Falcons are scheduled to play at Minnesota.
The Falcons and the Cardinals have never played in football.
BG has a number of high-profile nonconference games in the next five seasons, during which it will play in the five biggest stadiums in college football. The Falcons have games scheduled at Ohio State (2020), Tennessee (2021), Michigan (2023), and both Penn State and Texas A&M in 2024.
