BOWLING GREEN — A fresh start and a chance to regroup could be exactly what Bowling Green State University’s hockey team needs to make some noise in postseason play.
After a tough end to the regular season in which BGSU lost its last four games, the Falcons will shift their focus to the Central Collegiate Hockey Association playoffs. BGSU (13-20-1, 11-12-1), the No. 6 seed in the tournament, will travel to No. 3 Michigan Tech (15-14-6, 12-10-2) for a best-of-three series beginning on Friday, with the winner advancing to next week’s CCHA semifinals.
