BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University hockey hit the six-goal mark for the second time this season, doubling up Lake Superior State 6-3 on Friday at the Slater Family Ice Arena.
The Falcons got on the board first when Brett Pfoh scored on the power play 9:32 into the first period. The Lakers equalized through Jared Westcott just 35 seconds later, but Ethan Scardina restored the BGSU lead in the final minute of the period.
Connor Milburn scored for Lake Superior 3:16 into the second before Quinn Emerson’s goal just past the midway point gave the Falcons a 3-2 lead after two.
