BOWLING GREEN — The Bowling Green State University football has indefinitely suspended freshman Cederick “CJ” Pickrom after an incident at a BG bar.
The 18-year-old Pickrom, a Houston native, was charged Jan. 18 with assault and underage drinking during the incident at Uptown-Downtown in the early hours of Jan. 16.
According to a Bowling Green police report, Pickrom consumed a shot of an alcoholic beverage, then was preparing to consume another when “an unknown person bumped into him and spilled the second shot.”
The report said Pickrom “became angry and struck a female that was standing nearby.
