BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green received good news at two positions of need in the span of 24 hours.
Former Indiana tight end Austin Dorris announced Sunday he will graduate transfer to Bowling Green for his final season of eligibility, and the NCAA granted BG defensive end David Konowalski a sixth year of eligibility Monday.
A 6-foot-5, 252-pound player from Shadyside, Ohio, Dorris played in every game for the Hoosiers the past two seasons. He caught four passes for 16 yards as a redshirt junior in 2018, and graduated after the season.
Extremely happy to announce that for my last year of eligibility, I will be attending Bowling Green State University!
