BG hockey wins at Ferris State

BIG RAPIDS, Mich. — Bowling Green State University scored four goals in the third period of a 6-3 victory in a Western Collegiate Hockey Association contest at Ferris State Saturday.

Cameron Wright had a pair of power-play goals while brothers Sam and Lukas Craggs both scored goals in the final period as the Falcons won their third straight contest.

Tyler Spezia and Connor Ford also scored first-period goals for BG, which improved to 11-6-6 overall and 8-2-5-2 in WCHA play.

Ferris State (9-13-1, 6-8-1-0 WCHA) got goals from Jacob Hetz and Marshall Moise in the first period, while Corey Mackin gave the Bulldogs a 3-2 lead entering the final 20 minutes with a second-period power-play goal.
