BOWLING GREEN — The Bowling Green State University football team added four players to the roster as the school’s spring semester began Monday.
Two of the new players come from junior colleges, linebacker Brandon Perce and punter Cooper Lee. Quarterback Bryce Veasley graduated from West Bloomfield High School in Michigan and also enrolled, as has placekicker Nate Needham.
Perce played at Rochester Community and Technical College in Rochester, Minn., last fall, making 128 tackles — including 36 for loss — to earn National Junior College Athletic Association All-Region XIII honors.
Lee earned NJCAA All-America honorable mention honors at Coffeyville Junior College in Coffeyville, Kan.
