BOWLING GREEN — Leon Ayers III has been a proven scorer at the collegiate level, and that has certainly been the case in his first and only season with Bowling Green State University’s men’s basketball team.
Working on other areas of his game has helped the Falcons’ senior take his ability on the offensive end to another level.
“I’ve just been a lot more relaxed. I’ve been trying to make more of an effort of, I’m not really focusing on scoring, but I’m focusing on just like talking to my guys,” Ayers said. “... I’ve just been trying to do the other things so my mind isn’t constantly stuck on the offensive end, and it’s been working for me really well.
