BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Bowling Green football team hosts South Alabama this Saturday at 4 p.m. at Doyt L. Perry Stadium.
It is the first meeting between Bowling Green and South Alabama since James Knapke found freshman wide receiver Roger Lewis, with 1:04 remaining in the game, for a 78-yard touchdown to put the Bowling Green State University football team ahead for good, 33-28, over South Alabama in the inaugural Raycom Media Camellia Bowl. It was BGSU's first bowl win since the 2004 season.
