Bowling Green, Ohio – Bowling Green State University junior Andrew Clair has been named a preseason candidate for the 2019 Doak Walker Award, given annually to the nation's top collegiate running back.

Clair has been named third team All-MAC in each of his first two seasons in the Orange and Brown. As a freshman, he broke the school record by averaging 6.8 yards per carry. A dual threat as both a running back and pass catcher, Clair has 1,427 career rushing yards to go with 32 career receptions.
