LAS VEGAS — Daeqwon Plowden swears he didn’t have some kind of an epiphany this offseason.
He’s adamant that he’s kept his training, diet, and approach to playing basketball the same too.
But after signing his first NBA contract with the Golden State Warriors, the former Bowling Green standout said his arrival to the world’s top basketball league has been a long time coming.
“I’ve just stayed consistent with the type of work I put in,” Plowden said, “and mentally just continued to believe that it would all pay off.”
Plowden stood out in this month’s NBA Summer League, averaging 16.
