BOWLING GREEN — Dewayne Alexander has had to make a couple adjustments to living in northwest Ohio.
It’s a little different than what the Bowling Green State University assistant football coach and tight ends coach was used to after spending nearly four decades coaching in his home state of Tennessee.
“I will say, it’s a little flatter and colder wind than we have in Tennessee,” Alexander said in his thick Southern accent. “But as far as the community support, the university, this whole area, it’s just been awesome.
“It’s been a great transition. I did 37 years in Tennessee, but football is football at the end of the day.
