PITTSBURGH — The Bowling Green State University hockey team rallied from an early two-goal deficit to claim a 6-3 victory Tuesday at Robert Morris.
The Falcons (3-0-0) dominated the Colonials offensively, claiming a 40-18 edge in shots on goal. Six BG players scored.
Robert Morris (3-2-0) struck quickly, with Randy Hernandez and Justin Addamo scoring in the first four minutes.
Bowling Green tied it with two power-play goals late in the first period.
Cameron Wright scored at the 17:44 mark off assists from Will Cullen and Tim Theocharidis, then Cullen picked up his first goal of the season with 16 seconds remaining in the period off assists from Wright and Taylor Schneider.
