When Bowling Green State University’s football team takes to the field for a forecasted picturesque Saturday spring game, an offseason of anticipation will reveal what are expected to be steps forward in a return to glory.
Scot Loeffler’s team is still a work in progress to a point of readiness for Sept. 3 at UCLA, but the next necessary step is about to be taken.
