West Brom overcame Bournemouth 2-1 on Saturday at the Hawthorns thanks to goals from defenders Gareth McAuley and Craig Dawson.
Josh King gave the Cherries the lead in the fifth minute from the penalty spot, sending Ben Foster the wrong way in the Baggies goal. But just five minutes later, Dawson struck from long range to level the scoring before McAuley tapped in to give the hosts the lead in the 22nd minute.
And Tony Pulis' side held on for all three points in the second half to ensure the Cherries remain in winless in all competitions in 2017.
