Sunderland have been relegated from the Premier League after falling to a late home defeat by Bournemouth.
The Black Cats' seemingly inevitable drop was confirmed as their result was worse than Hull City's at Southampton, with the Tigers' draw at St. Mary's meaning Sunderland are gone.
Sunderland had chances to win through Jermain Defoe and Fabio Borini, but they drew a blank for the ninth time in 10 matches, and King made them pay with an 88th minute finish.
