A new Premier League fixture 'leak' has emerged to deny Manchester City wil face Bournemouth on the opening day - after the top flight's Twitter page appeared to accidentally reveal the champions would play the newly-promoted Cherries.
That previous 'gaffe' came three days before the 2022-23 fixtures' official release on Thursday, with the social media post immediately deleted after the Premier League account had replied to City and defender Aymeric Laporte by writing '@afcbournemouth' with an hourglass emoji.
But now an account claims City won't face Scott Parker's men first up, saying that the Premier League's Twitter 'lied to you all' - while also alleging that Tottenham would play Southampton at home in their first game.
