Sam Allardyce has switched Leeds United’s training sessions to Elland Road to mentally prepare his players for Sunday’s do-or-die match there against Tottenham.
The Whites usually train at Thorp Arch, 20 miles north of the city, but boss Allardyce wants his squad to feel more comfortable at their stadium, having won just two Premier League home games since November.
Big Sam has held the odd session at Elland Road since he was appointed at the start of the month, but this week his players are spending most of their time at the ground, where 37,000 fans will create a white-hot atmosphere on Sunday.
