Joshua King has agreed to join Everton in a deal worth up to £5million after choosing Carlo Ancelotti's men over Fulham.
The 29-year-old, who turned down Fulham and Southampton, will join on an initial six month contract with the option to extend at the end of the season.
King, who was the subject of an enquiry from the Toffees last month, has been offered a deal until the end of the season with the option to extend in the summer.
Bournemouth had verbally agreed a deal with both Premier League clubs late on deadline day.
