Bourmemouth midfielder Junior Stanislas will miss the rest of the Premier League season following surgery on a knee injury, manager Eddie Howe confirmed.
Stanislas was taken off early in the second half of last weekend's 2-2 draw at Watford and further tests show anterior ligament damage.
"He will be out for the season," Howe told a press conference ahead of Saturday's home match against Crystal Palace.
"He picked up a serious knee injury against Watford and has been operated on.
"We will be looking now towards next season, whether he will make pre-season for the start of the season, we don't know.
