Rio Ferdinand has slammed Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea's role in Bournemouth's opening goal at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
The Cherries took a shock lead in the opening stages of the game after Junior Stanislas fired beyond the Spaniard after nutmegging United defender Harry Maguire in the build up.
From a tight angle, the winger managed to squeeze the ball beyond the goalkeeper at his near post as the relegation strugglers got their noses in front at Old Trafford.
And Ferdinand, who was a key figure in United's defence during their glory years under Sir Alex Ferguson, said that De Gea should have done better to keep the ball out of his net.
